I’ve been back to LPM more times than I can count, and somehow it never gets old. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re ordering before you sit down: the rigatoni with tomato and chilli, the escargots! the only place I’ve tried and loved them, and the burrata with black truffle. Classic, refined and always just right.

Sirene by GAIA is one of those places that makes me just wear linen every time I go. Beautifully relaxed, but still very polished. I come for the seafood and cocktails and stay for the setting, and usually find myself lingering much longer than planned. The kind of dinner that feels like a holiday, even when it isn’t.

I came to Roberto’s long before the renovation, and what I love is that the food has stayed just as good. The new space feels warm, but the kitchen hasn’t lost what made it special in the first place. A reminder that when something works, you don’t need to reinvent it.

Iliana is all about the menu for me. I always go for the Greek salad and seabass and a few plates for the table. Add the view of Burj al Arab, the lighting and a good glass of wine, and you have a dinner I keep coming back to.
