Belcanto’s Eden Bar - one of my FAVVVV places of all time. It’s actually hidden inside Belcanto. No direct entry, you slip through a tiny door into an outdoor garden lounge, very Alice in Wonderland. The joy of finding something not many have access to (they don’t even have an IG!). Order the aubergine parmigiana, mushroom and truffle risotto, margherita or tomato paccheri. Perfect for drinks after the opera or a pre-club night with friends.

Ideal for sundowners with your girls. Order the cauliflower maki and eggplant tempura, and grab a Dark Gayaki Sun or an Attini to drink. Just note, limited options for vegetarians.

Don’t just go for the vibes without pool access. Order the spicy edamame and an Aperol Spritz. Not very vegetarian friendly.
