The whole island sits under Ain Dubai, the giant observation wheel, and the restaurants ring a promenade you can actually walk end to end in a few minutes. Park once and walk. The island has covered parking and a single loop of promenade, so you can hold a table at one end and drinks at the other on foot. The waterfront tables look back at the marina skyline and Ain Dubai, and they're the ones worth requesting.
