Two things make Downtown brunch its own thing. First, the views, so if that's the point, book a window at At.mosphere or CE LA VI and go for the earlier light. Second, the night-brunch habit: ARROGANTE, Kanpai and Felicita run their brunches into the evening, which is rare in Dubai and handy if you'd rather not surrender a whole afternoon.
Saturday is the main day, with Sunday sittings at MamaBella and a few others. Traffic and parking around the Boulevard get heavy on weekends, so the Dubai Mall or Burj Khalifa metro and a short walk often beats driving. The skyline rooms in particular want a reservation.
