Moqa does not independently verify restaurant information and is not responsible for inaccuracies, outdated details, or changes not communicated to us. Any dining experience, reservation, offer redemption, or dispute exists solely between the diner and the restaurant. Restaurants remain fully responsible for: service delivery, pricing and availability, staff, communication, venue and policies.

Content Use - By submitting content to Moqa, restaurants grant permission for Moqa to display:offer details, images, menus, branding across the Moqa app, website, and related discovery or promotional materials. This use is limited to showcasing the restaurant and its offerings on the Moqa platform.
5. Platform Quality & Curation - Moqa curates listings to maintain a consistent standard and user experience. We may: request clarifications or updatestemporarily hide expired offersremove listings that no longer meet platform guidelines. Moqa is not obligated to publish every submitted offer.
6. Discovery-Only Nature - Moqa does not guarantee: customer trafficbookingsrevenue outcomes. The platform is intended to improve visibility and discoverability, not replace a restaurant’s own marketing or reservation systems.
7. Third-Party Links - Moqa may display links to third-party booking platforms, menus, or websites provided by restaurants.Moqa is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of any third-party site.
